Job summary

TRIMEDX seeks an experienced biomedical equipment professional to own and optimize complex equipment, driving uptime and safety across clinical settings. You will diagnose advanced issues, networked devices, and advise clinicians on equipment strategy while leading projects and mentoring team members.

With a strong focus on patient care and collaboration, you’ll operate with autonomy, travel as needed, and contribute to nationwide opportunities and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting (required)
• Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred); CBET certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of highly complex equipment—driving uptime, safety, and performance
• Solve advanced technical issues others can’t, from system diagnostics to networked devices
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy
• Lead projects and mentor technicians, raising the capability of the entire team
