Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a Sr. Technician to lead the clinical equipment program across hospital sites. This role directs technicians, installs, troubleshoots, calibrates, and verifies performance of complex medical equipment while operating under supervision.

The Sr. Technician educates clinical staff and manages daily operations including scheduling and PM work. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, hands-on technical skills in diagnostic and repair work, and a solid grasp of regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in hospital settings.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate biomedical equipment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one site or multiple sites with 65% field work as a technician.
• Manage daily operations including staff scheduling and PM work.
• Coordinate service with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely repairs.
• Lead team huddles, train junior technicians, and monitor performance and service metrics.
• Maintain equipment database accuracy and regulatory documentation.
