Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in related lab roles.
• Experience in chemistry, analytical, QA/QC, or biotech lab environments.
• Familiar with analytical testing methods and lab instrumentation.
• Ability to document, review, and report lab results accurately.
• Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and procedure following skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead lab testing activities for reprocessed medical devices.
• Perform cleaning validation testing (protein, Hb, TOC).
• Conduct materials testing (FTIR, XRF).
• Perform water quality testing (microbial, TOC, hardness, chloride).
• Prepare/ inoculate products with simulated soils for validation.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot lab equipment.
• Assist in developing and documenting test methods.
• Analyze test results and ensure data integrity.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits with data and procedures.
• Ensure lab work follows cGMP, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Work independently and with teams to support manufacturing and compliance.
