Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of related laboratory experience.
• Experience with analytical testing methods and lab instrumentation.
• Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems and regulatory requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory testing activities to support quality and safety of reprocessed medical devices.
• Perform cleaning validation testing including protein, hemoglobin, and TOC analyses.
• Conduct materials testing using FTIR and X-ray fluorescence.
• Perform water quality testing including microbial, TOC, hardness and chloride analyses.
• Prepare and inoculate products with simulated soils to support studies.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers, incubators, GC/MS, FTIR, and XRF instruments.
• Assist with developing and documenting laboratory test methods and procedures.
• Analyze and interpret test results and ensure data integrity.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits with data and procedures demonstrations.
• Ensure all work complies with cGMP, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Work independently and with teams to support manufacturing, quality and compliance.
