Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in high-volume printing or industrial manufacturing finishing.
• Experience with saddle stitchers and inline mailing equipment.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse workforce in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended shifts, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership, training, and daily task assignments to Bindery Operators, Pocket Feeders, and Assistants.
• Cultivate a team environment focused on craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Establish clear expectations and goals; manage performance and disciplinary actions with HR.
• Coordinate machine setup and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and waste.
• Monitor production counts, labor hours, and material usage; ensure safety and quality standards.
