NV2A Group LLC, a MasTec company, is seeking a BIM Manager in Miami, FL to lead a multi-discipline design team through CD phase. You will manage model development, documentation, and coordination across Architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines, ensuring design intent and project standards are met.

You will oversee REVIT project setup, BIM workflows, and on-boarding of staff, while collaborating with the Resource Team to drive BIM transformation and deliverables on complex transportation,

Competenze

• Architectural degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years in professional AEC environment.
• Airport/aviation experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Create initial REVIT Project setup with workflow documents.
• Initiate Model for each project and prepare for production team.
• Provide BIM/REVIT project kick-off information.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes across disciplines.
• Daily model management and administration of BIM database.
• Provide REVIT Architecture, Structure and MEP desktop support.
• Over-the-shoulder training and mentoring of staff.
