Florida Construction Connection, Inc. is seeking a Construction BIM Manager for transportation and infrastructure projects with a $100M+ scope.

You will lead BIM/VDC efforts, coordinate across disciplines, and integrate 3D models with scheduling and cost systems to drive project performance. Key requirements include expert Revit/Navisworks/Civil 3D skills, plus experience leading coordination meetings and implementing BIM standards.

Competenze

• Lead BIM/VDC on large-scale civil and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural systems, with transportation project exposure.
• Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Experience leading model coordination meetings with designers and trades.
• Understanding of clash detection, 4D modeling, and model-based quantity extraction.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.

• Manage the overall BIM execution plan from preconstruction through construction.
• Lead model coordination across disciplines and maintain model integrity.
• Host BIM coordination meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Integrate 3D models with scheduling (4D) and cost (5D) systems.
• Support constructability reviews and site logistics planning.
• Train staff and subcontractors on BIM standards and workflows.
• Collaborate with schedulers and cost managers to improve project controls.
• Help develop and implement BIM standards and innovation across the company.
