Job summary

COWI in Seattle is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our North America team. You will deliver project BIM models, coordinate with partners, and ensure standards are met across civil, infrastructure, and rail projects, using Navisworks, BIM 360, Trimble Connect and the Autodesk suite.

You will mentor teammates, resolve complex modelling issues, and help implement BIM Protocol and Execution Plans, working with project managers and engineers to support a sustainable, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit on BIM projects.
• Experience implementing BIM Protocols and Execution Plans.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical and practical engineering coordination in a BIM environment.
• Deliver project BIM models and coordinate with partners; maintain project standards.
• Coordinate BIM information across disciplines; resolve modelling issues.
• Mentor team members in modelling and guidance to BIM team.
• Monitor BIM processes with Navisworks, BIM 360, Trimble Connect, and similar tools.
• Liaise with project team and consultants to review and amend BIM models.
