COWI in Oakland is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead BIM model delivery and cross‑disciplinary coordination on major North American projects, working with engineers, PMs and partners to uphold standards and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit, strong 3D CAD/BIM modelling, and a track record mentoring teammates while implementing BIM protocols.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant technical subject with modelling focus.
• 5+ years of experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and other Autodesk tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering coordination skills in a BIM environment.
• Deliver project BIM models and coordinate with project partners.
• Coordinate BIM information across disciplines and resolve modelling issues.
• Mentor team members in BIM authoring and guidance.
• Monitor BIM processes using Navisworks, BIM 360, and related tools.
• Review BIM models with project team and implement necessary amendments.
