Job summary

Verrus is seeking a hands-on BIM Coordinator for mission critical data center projects in Texas. You will lead a team of modelers and designers, while staying close to the technical side with Revit modelling.

You will coordinate electrical models with other trades, run clash detection in Navisworks, review BIM deliverables, and ensure timelines are met on large-scale construction programs. This role offers competitive salary, strong benefits, and career progression within a contractor delivering

Qualifications

Experience as BIM Coordinator or similar BIM/VDC role.
Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD.
Experience coordinating models and resolving clashes.
Background on complex construction projects.
Experience with data centers or healthcare projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of BIM Modelers and Designers.
Remain hands-on with Revit modelling throughout project delivery.
Coordinate electrical models with other trades and disciplines.
Carry out clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Review and QA models, drawings and BIM deliverables.
Identify design and constructability issues and work with the project team to resolve them.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, engineers, GCs and trade partners.
Ensure models accurately reflect construction requirements and support field installation.
