Job summary

Curion in Clark, NJ is seeking a Bilingual Reception, Logistics and Events Manager to elevate the panelist experience at our onsite research center. You will guide the reception staff and work with client leads to ensure first-class execution of studies and a welcoming environment for panelists.

You will oversee onsite testing activities with the Lead Consumer Research Field Recruiter, develop the consumer research program, and build trust-based relationships with clients and panelists; mentor

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing or operations role (hospitality, research, retail, or similar).
• 1+ year in supervisory/lead role with mentoring/scheduling.
• Bilingual English and Spanish; strong written and spoken skills.
• Commitment to service excellence and premium panelist experience.
• Ability to coach and develop front-desk staff; manage shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle inquiries and de-escalation.
• Balance front desk operations with back-end admin.
• Empathy, patience, and clear communication with diverse populations.
• Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration; multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal staffing of the reception desks to meet daily testing needs.
• Attend meetings on panelist logistics, events, hospitality and study scheduling.
• Monitor program management, budgets, events, study execution, and issue resolution.
• Provide thought leadership across client logistics needs.
• Liaise with corporate communications and security for onsite participants.
• Provide updates related to panelist feedback.
• Supervise, direct, develop and mentor staff.
• Work flexible hours to support research execution.
• Collaborate across levels to track incentives, handle issues, and maintain SOPs.
