Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, SMC for Snapchat to turn data into strategic insights.

You will collate data from multiple sources, build dashboards, and deliver actionable recommendations to optimize advertiser performance and product development. The role requires strong quantitative analysis experience, proficiency in SQL and Python/R, and the ability to communicate complex analytics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and research.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for analysis and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges and help leadership make data-driven decisions by analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to optimize recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to help understand advertiser performance and product development.

• Distill complex analytics into a clear data story for broad audiences.
