Job summary

Yale New Haven Health seeks a BI Developer II to create reports, dashboards, and scorecards from Epic databases and other data stores. You will gather requirements from end users, design technical specifications, and ensure thorough testing and validation of data.

You will lead development projects within the JDAT Team, mentor junior staff, and be responsible for documentation and ongoing support of BI solutions. Strong attention to detail and data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT-related work experience is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboard and scorecard development.
• Experience with EMR data and Epic workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards based on user specifications.
• Lead development projects with junior staff as a senior member of the JDAT Team.
• Create and maintain system design and build documents; validate data and perform testing.
