1. Design and develop Power BI Reports (mandatory) and dashboards independently.
2. Construct robust data models.
3. Proficient in SQL commands, including filtering, joins, select, and sorting.
4. Understand MS Dynamics ERP (good to have).
5. Basic knowledge of financial accounting and reporting.
6. Analyze data attributes and filters to interpret numbers accurately.
7. Apply Data Science concepts to derive insights and improve report/dashboard design.
8. Lead root-cause analysis and develop practical solutions, assisting the technical team with business logic and data flow understanding.
9. Assist in data preparation for report development and testing.
10. Contribute to functional design, aligning reporting requirements with data selection, and guide the technical team on data flow and dependencies.
11. Meticulously analyze data and reports to draw accurate conclusions, ensuring alignment with business processes and MS Dynamics ERP data.
