Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and execute the CM Analytics Transformation portfolio across teams.
• Supervise and provide hands-on guidance to 8–12 data scientists; hire and coach staff.
• Foster a customer-focused culture with urgency and psychological safety.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML Ops to deploy analytics in CMA workflows.
