Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a Lead BI Analytics Engineer in Utah to transform data into strategic insights. You will own the BI dashboard ecosystem, define KPIs with stakeholders, and architect scalable data models contributing to company-wide decisions.

You will lead a team, optimize SQL and Tableau workflows, and explore AI-driven improvements while maintaining governance, quality, and speed of delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years in BI engineering or analytics.
Deep SQL expertise and data modeling proficiency.
Proficiency with Tableau and Excel for dashboards.
Experience mentoring analysts and BI developers.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and maintenance of high‑impact BI dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate needs into requirements.
Architect scalable data models and ensure data integrity across domains.
Write and optimize SQL for analysis, dashboards, and automation pipelines.
Oversee Tableau ecosystem governance, performance, and user enablement.
Use Python to automate workflows and enrich datasets.
Mentor team members and promote data trust and scalability.
