Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong Excel and Power BI data analysis skills.
- Ability to analyze key results and support forecasting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monthly analysis of key results and variance (machine and parts).
- Support analytics tools to provide critical business insights.
- Collaborate with regional teams on monthly forecasting for S&OP.
- Partner with business units through deal analysis and sales variance management.
- Prepare monthly metric reports to enable business insights.
- Contribute to annual business planning and target setting.
- Lead/ad hoc projects as required.
