Job summary
TGRC partners with a leading global battery technology business to deploy large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and power infrastructure in North America. We seek an experienced Installation & Commissioning Engineer to lead field execution, coordinate teams, and drive commissioning across utility-scale projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 7–10+ years in engineering with power, energy storage, renewables.
- Proven lead on installation and commissioning for complex projects.
- Experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation and commissioning for field teams and subcontractors on utility-scale projects.
- Develop commissioning plans for new BESS projects in the Americas.
- Create standards, procedures, safety protocols, and training materials.
- Select and qualify subcontractors with sourcing and project teams.
- Support RFQ activities and commissioning contract execution.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot during project execution.
- Collaborate with engineering/quality to analyze field performance and drive improvements.
- Promote a strong safety culture and lead root-cause investigations.
