Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis, IN is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for all shifts to support detox and residential treatment. You will manage daily operations, support the BHT team, and help maintain a warm, recovery-centered environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to lead with empathy. Recovery in your own life is valued; we seek reliable, compassionate individuals who uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is required.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications ).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
