Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Lead Behavioral Health Technician to oversee detox and residential operations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician as needed.
• Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
