Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Technician for our Detox and Residential facility. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a safe, compassionate recovery environment.

Join a supportive team and help deliver evidence-based care across detox and residential programs. This role requires strong leadership, empathy, and the ability to set clear boundaries while staying compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What You'll Do
