The Wood Group seeks a dedicated Lead Behavioral Health Technician to support daily operations in our Midland, TX behavioral health facility. You will lead teams, ensure compassionate care, and help maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; behavioral health certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or related field.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical standards in healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lead Behavioral Health Technician to support the effective operation of our behavioral health facility. Fulltime Shift:

• Dayshift - 7am to 7pm (12hr rotating schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Facility Administrator in managing daily operations
