Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility offering inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. We are hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for second and third shifts, with a warm, recovery-focused environment and strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and a commitment to recovery principles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and staff compliance with Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
