Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred degree).
• Associate or Bachelor in human services is preferred.
• At least two years’ experience as a BHA required.
• Experience with the specific population served is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, structured environment for clients.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise clients.
• Record vitals and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and incident reporting.
• Mentor new BHAs and coordinate shift coverage.
