Job summary

I Am Boundless in Grove City, OH is seeking a Lead Behavior Technician to work in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You will lead on shifts to ensure the treatment team runs smoothly and daily tasks are completed.

The role requires direct engagement, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and structured Behavior Support Plans, with on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or related field, plus 3+ years in the mental health field.
• Experience in a leadership role.
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead on each shift to ensure the treatment team functions smoothly and daily requirements are completed.
• Work directly in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals needing behavior stabilization.
• Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans as directed by the team.
