Job summary

Total Spectrum, part of LEARN Behavioral, is seeking a Managing Behavior Analyst in Arlington Heights, IL to provide clinical leadership and oversight for a client caseload. You will supervise and mentor clinical supervisors and Behavior Technicians while upholding clinical excellence and collaborating with families and other providers to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification and licensure per state requirements.
• Minimum 2 years as a BCBA in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance.
• Provide support, mentorship and clinical direction to clinical supervisor.
• Provide clinical direction to technicians.
• Employ clinical best practices and use data to drive clinical programming.
• Document services accurately and timely according to company policies.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
• Deliver clinical and professional feedback to staff.
• Provide treatment by protocol when needed.
• Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• This role supervises one or more individual contributors.
