Job summary

Kelberman Center Inc. will lead in delivering quality behavior analytic treatment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The LBA will collaborate with clinical, educational, and administrative teams to provide direct services and support across clinic, school, residential, and community-based settings.

The role emphasizes design and supervision of behavioral plans, data collection, and ongoing program evaluation to meet insurance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• NYS license in Behavior Analysis or license eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and supervises behavioral assessments and treatments.
• Provides ABA services including functional behavior assessments and BIPs.
• Develops goals for home, community, and center-based programs; monitors data.
