Job summary

Tides Folly Beach is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to lead a team and oversee all housekeeping duties for the property. You will supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, manage supplies and budgets, and address guest concerns with a high standard of service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and at least 5 years of housekeeping experience. A strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English with guests and staff.
• Experience in guest service and hospitality is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a housekeeping team effectively.
• Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities.
• Willingness to train new staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping duties for a defined facility.
• Supervise laundry staff and manage supplies within budget.
• Address guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and hazard-free.
• Organize staff and lead daily briefings; train new hires.
