Dalton Motors National City is seeking a Lead BDC Coordinator to support Dalton Toyota National City, Dalton Subaru National City, and Dalton Hyundai National City. You will coordinate daily customer follow-up, lead activity, appointments, CRM processes, and team workflow.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven, professional communicator who builds relationships, meets performance goals, and helps others succeed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Provide a professional, welcoming, and personalized experience for every customer.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, website, and other digital channels.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information, appointments, and activity within the dealership CRM.
• Coach, onboard, and support team members; assist leadership with workflow and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior resource to Sales Development Coordinators and assist with daily workflow.
• Monitor customer activity, appointments, follow-up, show rates, and missed opportunities.
• Partner with dealership departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
• Provide onboarding, training, and coaching to team members.
• Support leadership with monitoring performance and process adherence.
