Job summary

R&R Collaborative Therapy Services, based in the Kansas City area, seeks a highly experienced Lead BCBA for a full-time, hybrid in-person role. You will lead training initiatives, mentor BCBAs and Senior RBTs, and collaborate with the onboarding team to integrate new hires.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a BCBA, a Master’s degree or higher, and a passion for coaching others while managing a supervisory caseload across in-home, school, and provider settings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a BCBA.
• Master’s degree or higher.
• Experience in in-home services, school support, and provider consultation (preferred).
• Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels.
• Strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for learning, mentoring, and training others.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing training programs.
• Supporting Senior RBTs in meeting their supervision hours for fieldwork.
• Training and mentoring new BCBAs and Assistant Supervisors.
• Collaborating with our onboarding team for new hires.
• Conducting company-wide ABA trainings every other month.
• Managing a supervisory caseload.
• Other similar leadership tasks.
