Job summary

R&R Collaborative Therapy Services, based in the Kansas City area, seeks a highly experienced Lead BCBA for a full-time, hybrid in-person role. You will lead training initiatives, mentor BCBAs and Senior RBTs, and collaborate with the onboarding team to integrate new hires.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a BCBA, a Master’s degree or higher, and a passion for coaching others while managing a supervisory caseload across in-home, school, and provider settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
• Experience in in-home services, school support, and provider consultation (preferred).
• Comfortable working with individuals of all ages and functioning levels.
• Strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We're looking for a highly experienced and driven BCBA with diverse experience and a passion for training and mentoring who meets the following criteria:

This is a full-time, in-person position in Kansas City + surrounding areas, with remote capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a passion for shaping and developing new BCBAs to maximize our community impact.

In this role, Lead BCBA will manage a caseload 60-75% of the time, providing high-quality supervision to clients, while dedicating 25-40% of your time to leadership, training, and mentoring tasks for our team.
