Caravel Autism Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children with autism in Illinois. You’ll guide treatment teams, ensure quality of care, and collaborate with families to achieve developmentally appropriate outcomes.

The role offers competitive pay ($75,751.20–$90,901.44/year) and comprehensive benefits. Active BCBA credentials and ABA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis with autism in home and/or clinic settings.
• Continuous direct clinical support, ongoing professional development, and collaborative upbeat team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity and modality in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET).
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Supervise others with focus on developing supervisees’ skills and certification fulfillment.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks like reporting, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
