Job summary

North Shore Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Lead BCBA in Lincolnwood, IL. You will maintain direct clinical accountability while mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, and support onboarding, hiring, and center development.

You will use data tools like Power BI to drive improvements in caseload management, scheduling, and outcomes, while collaborating with a full interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL licensure in good standing are required.
• Minimum 2 years of applied BCBA experience is required.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct clinical accountability with assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide clinical mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and students.
• Lead onboarding and training, support hiring and team development.
• Collaborate with Area Director to uphold clinical standards.
• Use Power BI data to improve center performance and operations.
• Support family tours, community outreach, and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with other therapists to provide interdisciplinary care.
