Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role based in Danvers, MA. You will lead a transdisciplinary team, oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming, and supervise BTs while balancing clinical and administrative tasks.

The role offers an earning potential of $93,105–$116,738 plus two bonus opportunities, generous time off, CEU stipend, and comprehensive benefits. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when clinically appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• BCBA Certification is required.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA clients.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality care.
• Coordinate scheduling, supervision, and credentialing with administrative support.
