Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network in Virginia Beach is seeking a Pediatric Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a team of behavior technicians and provide ABA services. Ideal candidates will carry a caseload of 8-12 patients and design individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include coaching parents and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans including both skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment goals.
• Previous experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of 8-12 patients with the Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Coach behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans.
• Empower parents and caregivers to learn ABA-based principles.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team for patients.
