Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA program in Virginia Beach. You will carry a caseload, lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting, conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans to drive meaningful skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

You will collaborate with speech, OT, and PT providers and coach caregivers to apply ABA principles at home.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans including skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Experience supervising technicians to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and partner with Clinic Director to drive outcomes for young learners.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting with consistent schedules.
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans; coach and empower caregivers to apply ABA at home.
• Coordinate care with speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy teams.
