Job summary

Simple Staffing, on behalf of Apex Therapy Services, seeks experienced BCBAs to design, implement, and oversee ABA services in residential settings across the lifespan in Wayne County, MI. You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, and consult with families and caregivers to promote best practices in ABA.

Requires BCBA/BCBA-D certification and Michigan LBA license, plus a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field.

BCBA/BCBA-D certification and Michigan LBA license required.
Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexibly in various settings and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP) and supervise ABA Technicians.
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform treatment decisions.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals.
Communicate effectively with funding sources and maintain documentation.
Ensure ethical and legal compliance in all aspects of service delivery.
Demonstrate proficiency in crisis prevention and intervention strategies.
Stay up to date with current research and maintain certification requirements.
