Job summary

Jobot is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children with autism in a supportive clinical setting in California. The role involves supervising RBTs, designing treatment plans, and collaborating with families to generalize skills across settings.

We offer a lucrative salary of $82,000-$95,000 per year along with unlimited PTO, parental leave, loan repayment assistance, and a robust development stipend. Eligible benefits start on day one, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance and conducting FBAs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
• Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.
