Job summary

Venture Community Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support day and residential programs with ABA services, assessments, and behavior support plans. The role requires leading DSP training, coordinating data documentation, and ensuring DDS/Medicaid compliance across sites.

The LABA license and BACB supervisor status are essential, with 3+ years in ABA and 2+ years in management. Massachusetts residency and travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold MA LABA license and BACB supervision eligibility.
• Minimum 3 years of professional ABA experience; 2+ years in management.
• Experience with residential settings and day programs.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement positive behavior supports agency-wide.
• Conduct FBA and FA assessments.
• Provide training in ABA and behavior plan management.
• Maintain documentation and data across sites.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
