MonArk ABA in Defiance, OH seeks a Lead BCBA Clinician to oversee ABA services and supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. This full-time role emphasizes both remote-friendly work and meaningful in-person client contact.

You will deliver at least 29 billable hours weekly, supervise staff, coordinate care with families and schools, and support BCBA evaluations and trainings. Ohio licensure and BACB credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Certified BCBA in good standing with BACB requirements.
• Holds and maintains Ohio state licensure for practice as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of services by RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs.
• Provide supervision and training to staff; monitor CEUs and supervision hours.
• Coordinate client care between therapy, education services, and community programs.
• Assist with BCBA evaluations and participate in skill assessments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and BACB ethics in practice.
