Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinically, grow professionally, and deliver data-driven ABA therapy to children and families. The role includes supervising RBTs, coordinating with a Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager, and using Applied ABC’s platform to streamline treatment planning and documentation.

The full benefits package includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, 401(k) with company match, health/dental/vision insurance, and ongoing professional development support

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and clinical licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland assessments and individualized plans.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and lead a team of RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Deliver evidence-based services and monitor client progress with data analysis.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Develop and supervise individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
