Applied ABC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically, grow professionally, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification, Master's in ABA or related field, current 8-hour supervision certificate, and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies.
• Experience delivering parent/caregiver training and coordinating with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active caseload and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and行为 technicians using BST and evidence-based strategies.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
