Job summary

Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led ABA provider seeking dedicated BCBAs for our Fresno-area teams. You will lead and supervise clinical staff, design individualized intervention plans, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver meaningful outcomes for children and families.

You will contribute to ongoing professional development, engage in monthly case reviews, and participate in a supportive, growth-oriented culture with generous benefits and a strong emphasis on family involvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan: functional behavior assessments and individualized goals.
• Empower families: monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
