Job summary

Blossom Center for Children in Houston, TX seeks an ABA Case Supervisor/BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs while collaborating with children, families, technicians, and fellow clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Texas LBA credential or eligibility to obtain before starting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct assessments and use data to guide treatment decisions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to direct-care team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
