Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Houston, TX seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning and supervise RBTs within a compassionate ABA program.

You will collaborate with families, deliver evidence-based therapy, and help set measurable goals while enjoying up to 3 remote days per month and a balanced schedule.This role supports up to 8 children and offers growth through leadership tracks and ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering supervision hours.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based therapy in ABA practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support high-quality care.
