Camen Behavioral Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Kissimmee Clinic. This clinic‑based leadership position supports day‑to‑day operations, provides on‑floor clinical guidance, and mentors the team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily clinic flow and structure
• Providing real‑time, on‑floor support to RBTs and staff
• Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
• Reporting directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations

Clinical

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and oversee the development of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data
• Ensure treatment integrity and clinical quality

Team Support

• Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
• Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship
• Support onboarding and development of new team members

Leadership & Operations

• Support daily clinic operations and flow
• Provide on‑floor guidance and problem‑solving
• Assist with opening and closing the clinic
• Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations

Administrative

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
• Communicate with families and team members as needed
