Job summary

Camen Behavioral Services, in Kissimmee, FL, seeks board-certified BCaBAs to support ABA programs for children with developmental disabilities. Join a collaborative team, work with BCBAs and RBTs, and help implement individualized ABA plans.

Responsibilities include data tracking, program delivery, and family collaboration in a supportive, award-winning practice. Competitive pay and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification and readiness for supervision.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) with training available.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use office software and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programs to build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use positive reinforcement and proactive strategies to increase appropriate behaviors.
• Manage and reduce challenging behaviors in line with client plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and RBTs to ensure effective treatment.
• Track data, conduct preference assessments, and maintain documentation.

About Us

Since 2015, Camen Behavioral Services has been a trusted leader in ABA therapy across Central Florida. Our strong community ties include partnerships with the Autism Society of Greater Orlando, Autism Speaks, Nathaniel's Hope, and more. What We're Looking For

• Current, Active BCaBA Certification (newly certified welcome!)
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Reliable Transportation - Some home visits may be required
• Clear Background Check
• Familiarity with ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) - training available
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + web-based systems)

Your Responsibilities As a BCaBA

• Implement individualized ABA programs that build communication, social, and daily living skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift with Ease: Comfortably lift at least 30 pounds as required.
• Adaptability: Be prepared to sit, stand, and move quickly while working with children.
