Job summary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Current and active BCBA certification
• Experience providing ABA therapy in in‑home, clinic, or school settings
• Strong data analysis and clinical decision‑making skills
• Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities

BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data‑driven decisions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff
• Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
