Job summary

Helping Hands Family in the United States is actively seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism. You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional leadership to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• State Licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, up to 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD
