Helping Hands Family in Pennsylvania seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-clinic role. You will deliver ABA services for children with autism, supervise up to 5 RBTs, and develop treatment plans within a collaborative clinical team.

The position offers a solid caseload, ongoing mentorship, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including a CEU stipend and paid time off. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 USD.

Qualificações

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB)

Responsabilidades

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manage caseload up to 10 clients with up to 28 billable hours per week
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, monitor progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality
  • Maintain ethical documentation and BACB/state compliance

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40‑hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
What You’ll Need:
  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State Licensure where required
  • ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$80,000 - $95,000 USD
